I was fortunate to have a chance of leading the creative work for numerous brands, including La mer, Shiseido, Jo Malone, Anessa, Senka, Unilever, P&G, Tom Ford, Estée Lauder, Heineken and Lazada. I was responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns and communication for these brands. I also built an in-house creative team since day one, growing it over 16 members by the time I left. In addition, as an e-commerce enabler, we expanded our creative scope to live streaming production, event and exhibition design, and storytelling marketing

I have been assigned to lead marketing campaign execution and visual guidelines for 3.3, 4.4, 5.5, and 9.9. Directed the successful launch of Cristiano Ronaldo as a Brand Ambassador, enhancing brand visibility and trust through digital and out of home visuals on various platforms such as billboards, installations, and TVCs.
Regional Brand Designer Lazada - Alibaba
Feb 2016 – Feb 2019 3 yrs
As a regional brand designer, I worked with regional team in providing creative work for marketing and branding expressions, playing a pivotal role in shaping Lazada’s brand growth and recognition. My team provided consultancy and toolkits for the brand, allowing our vision to scale across the SEA. One of my main achievements is launching LazMall in which I had to collaborate with brands such as APPLE, SAMSUNG, P&G, UNILEVER, and ESTEE LAUDER. I also took part in launching Lazada Express and initiating regional guidelines and visuals for major sale campaigns such as 11.11, 9.9, and BDay Sale. In my third year, I relocated to Singapore and periodically traveled to China to contribute to the successful integration of Alibaba and Lazada. I worked to ensure that all visual communications from Alibaba were fully aligned with and adapted to Lazada’s brand identity.
